 The sale home belonged to a recently-deceased relative in a different state. We needed someone that was familiar with the local area and was flexible enough to make themselves available when we travelled to the state. Cassie met with us during our brief stays and handled all the local sales needs.  She did a nice job of preparing the comps for our review. She also prepared an attractive flyer for handout during the estate sale. It was during the estate sale that the buyers expressed interest in the property.
